Alchemi Privacy Policy

Effective August 5, 2026

Alchemi generates personalized guided meditation and visualization sessions. To do that well, the app asks you to share personal context. This policy explains exactly what we collect, why, where it goes, and how to erase it.

What we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, or photos. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How your data is used

Your data is used for one purpose: generating and delivering your personalized sessions. Your profile context and typed intentions are sent to our AI service providers to create your session:

These providers process data solely to deliver the service — never for their own advertising. We never sell your data.

Training consent

By default, your data is not used to train or improve anything beyond your own sessions. In Profile → Account → Consent you can optionally allow your sessions to help improve Alchemi. Each consent is off until you turn it on, and you can revoke it at any time in the same place.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently erases your account, profile, sessions, audio files, reflections, and all other personal data from our systems. There is no retention period — deletion is immediate.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Data access is restricted per-user at the database level (row-level security). AI service credentials are held server-side only and never in the app.

A note on wellbeing

Alchemi is a relaxation and personal-development tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, or advice.
