Alchemi Terms of Use

By creating an account or using Alchemi, you agree to these terms.
What Alchemi is
Alchemi generates personalized guided meditation, visualization, and breathwork sessions using AI, based on the context you provide. Session content is generated uniquely for you and may occasionally contain imperfections inherent to AI-generated content.
What Alchemi is not
Alchemi is a relaxation and personal-development tool. It is not medical care, therapy, or a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis or dealing with a medical or mental-health condition, seek help from a qualified professional.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old to use Alchemi. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete account.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, and don't use it to generate content intended to harm yourself or others.
Your voice
If you choose to create a personal voice, you may record only your own voice, and you confirm you have the right to do so. The recordings are used solely to create your voice with our voice provider and are deleted from our storage after creation. You can delete your voice at any time in Profile, which also removes it from the provider. Impersonating another person's voice is prohibited and grounds for account termination.
Content and ownership
You retain rights to the personal content you provide. Sessions generated for you are yours to use personally. The Alchemi app, brand, and underlying systems remain ours.
Safety
Only listen to sessions when it's safe to relax deeply. Never listen while driving or operating machinery.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
